MICHAEL A. LEPIS, MD,FAAPMR,FAAPM - trained in General Surgery at MonmouthMedical Center and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University in Philadelphia, was also awarded his PMR Board Certification in July of 2000. Dr. Lepis then completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management with Mid Atlantic Spine Institute receiving his Board Certification in Pain Medicine in 2002, and completed training in electrodiagnostic medicine.

Upon returning to his hometown of Wall Township, NJ, Dr. Lepis established Comprehensive Pain Management & Physical Therapy. Dr. Lepis specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of painful conditions using invasive and non-invasive treatment options, patient physical rehabilitation, and preventative medicine including osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment and electrodiagnostic medicine.

SCOTT MAKOWER - is a N.J licensed Physical Therapist. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Certificate in Gerontology from Temple University. He then went on to receive a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Touro College. His background is in outpatient orthopedic/sports physical therapy and he joins our staff from The Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation. Scott is dedicated to a “hands-on”, progressive, and individualized treatment approach for his patients. Whether your daily activities are at the home, workplace, or recreational field, he is determined to help you achieve
your physical best.

Facility
Our new 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility is located at 2420 Highway 34, Manasquan, NJ 08736. We provide on site diagnostic evaluations, radiological evaluations, one on one individualized physical therapy with a certified physical therapist, electrodiagnostic evaluations and fluoroscopically guided interventional pain management in our state of the art procedural suite.

By providing these services at our facility, we allow for rapid and convenient patient treatment options while maintaining continuity of care, removing many obstacles to obtain excellent and timely outcomes.  This approach simplifi es legal documentation with medical records made available in a timely fashion upon request. Dr. Lepis is very experienced in working with attorneys to provide comprehensive narratives, video taped depositions and if required court appearances to facilitate successful case outcomes.
